As an IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network solutions. You will ensure a reliable and secure network architecture while providing support for complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
• Manage and optimize network security (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS).
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure availability and performance.
• Implement and manage cloud-based network solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Document network configurations and procedures.
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies to enhance our systems.

Your Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Network Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.).
• Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN.
• Expertise in network security and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Language proficiency: Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantage.
