IT Support Engineer
Your Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. You will assist them with technical issues, provide solutions, and contribute to a smoothly functioning IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with IT-related inquiries and issues via phone, email, and on-site.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document incidents and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Support IT projects and implementations.
- Ensure an excellent user experience and high customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- A degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a similar support role is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and network environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English (French is a plus).
- Organized, structured, and able to perform well under pressure.
