Your Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead various IT projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for defining, planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, including objectives, budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report progress to management and ensure transparency in all project phases.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and involved parties.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with agreed standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar project management software.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly valued.
